Laurence Milner
Chief Executive Officer
Laurence is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 30 years of experience in credit risk. He has led the design and implementation of credit grading and spreading systems across major South African banks and was a founding member of Moody’s RiskCalc development team. As co-founder and CEO of CEEi, Laurence continues to drive innovation in credit risk analytics and advisory.
Melanie Govender
Director
Melanie has more than 20 years of experience in banking and credit operations. As co-founder of CEEi, she oversees service delivery, including large-scale manual and automated spreading operations. Melanie plays a pivotal role in ensuring quality control, operational continuity, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases..
Shabnam
Petersen
Director
Shabnam brings 25 years of banking experience, including senior credit leadership roles at FirstRand and Capitec. She has led national credit teams, chaired credit committees, and spearheaded large-scale system implementations across the credit lifecycle. As founder of Bluprism and a director at CEEi, she focuses on credit strategy, systems enablement, and outsourced credit solutions.
